In 1984, Mr. Luigi Casasanta
Sr. established LC Bakery Equipment
Services Ltd. in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. At the time
Luigi provided 7 day-24 hour maintenance service on all types of
bakery equipment. Luigi's reputation grew rapidly due to his fast
service and customer devotion.
With so many years of experience
in manufacturing, repair and maintenance of bakery equipment Luigi
began the development of his own line of "High-End-Value-Added"
bakery equipment and accessories to address the growing "production
quality" concerns of the baking industry. To complement the
new line of equipment, Luigi also began retailing imported small
and large-scale bakery equipment from Italy. The business grew from
a humble beginning serving South-Western Ontario, to a full-fledged
manufacturing company. His desire was to provide his customers with
superior equipment, improving baking efficiency and quality.
Having spent much time learning
all aspects of the family business, it was only natural for Luigi's
three sons to enter the company, helping to meet the growing demand
and thus maintaining a family operated business with that care and
personal concern.
Today, we continue to offer the
same dependable and reliable service Luigi offered 30 years ago,
with the increased capacity to serve clients in a wide range of
markets internationally.
More importantly, we are proud
to have developed a very high quality line of Commercial
Ovens and Final Proofers,
Flour Silo Systems and superior
design quality ' Space-Saver-Racks'
for the baking industry.
As manufacturers, we also have
established supplier contacts worldwide. We are qualified to service
virtually all types of equipment using original or after-market
parts, or new replacement parts manufactured in our own new 20,000
square foot facility located in Brantford Ontario Canada.
In order to serve our clients better,
we also provide custom manufacturing of all the products we design
and build. Clients who require equipment with specific needs or
specifications, catered to space or baking process, can have their
needs fully satisfied.
