Our History




In 1984, Mr. Luigi Casasanta Sr. established LC Bakery Equipment Services Ltd. in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. At the time Luigi provided 7 day-24 hour maintenance service on all types of bakery equipment. His reputation grew rapidly due to his fast service and customer devotion.

With so many years of experience in manufacturing, repair and maintenance of bakery equipment Luigi began the development of his own line of "High-End-Value-Added" bakery equipment and accessories to address the growing "production quality" concerns of the baking industry. The business grew from a humble beginning serving South-Western Ontario, to a full-fledged manufacturing company.

Having spent much time learning all aspects of the family business, it was only natural for Luigi's three sons to enter the company, helping to meet the growing demand and thus maintaining a family operated business with the same care and personal concern for quality.

As we continue to offer the same dependable and reliable service, we are proud to have developed a very high quality line of Commercial Ovens and Final Proofers, Flour Silo Systems and superior design quality ' Space-Saver-Racks™' for the baking industry.

We are qualified to service virtually all types of equipment using original or after-market parts, or new replacement parts manufactured in our own 40,000 square foot facility located in Brantford Ontario Canada.
